Recipe: Mix and Match Iced Tea Sangria

Taking a break today from posting book reviews to keep my blog a little varied! This is a cocktail recipe I like to make to enjoy while reading, especially on warm summer evenings. 🌅

Two things I absolutely love – besides books haha – are wine and iced tea. 😍 Which is why I came up with this recipe. It’s a combination of two of my favourite summertime drinks, thus making it my ultimate favourite summertime drink! 🥂

One of the things I like most about both tea and wine is that there are always so many different types to chose from, so there’s something to suit everyone’s unique tastes. This recipe is just like that: you can mix and match any types of tea, wine or fruit together and see what turns out best! You can even add some bubbly to make it Sparking Iced Tea Sangria if you’re feeling extra fancy (or sparkling cider if you’d prefer a non-alcoholic beverage)~

My recommendations are a fruity tea, something berry or peach flavoured, your favourite white wine, and fruit along the lines of grapes, apples, any mixture of berries, peaches, and slices of lemon and/or lime. For example, the last time I made this recipe I used orange blush cold brew herbal tea from DavidsTea, a bottle of Moscato, and a mixture of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and cherries. But really, anything goes – that’s the beauty of this recipe. So try out something unique to you, and make it your own. 🌟
